I figured I'll upload a few design images while waiting on my email to download a few design images to clients.

Hope you are enjoying this gorgeous spring weather. We have been outside constantly the past weekend and today... attending a local arts and crafts festival, playing in the water hose, staining an outdoor table, clearing out overgrown azaleas, visiting with family, having picnics... you name it and we will find any reason to hang outside these days.

If you know me personally or my family, then you know we are down for a visit to the local Mexican restaurant any night of the week (sometimes we have been known to frequent twice a week - once on a week night and once a weekend!) Obsessed, much? Even Bennett loves chips and salsa and LOVES cheese quesadillas! So I was so excited to have two different requests for Mexican Fiesta Invitations! My love of ritas and fajitas could come to life with my love of design - and my two worlds collide :)

Happy Birthday to the little people who are princesses, cowgirls, artists, ballerinas and fire fighters. And to those who dream, and dream big... celebrate your birthday in style, but most importantly, celebrate everyday!

tiny details, huge results

No matter what age, time of year, venue, etc. I love to put as much detail into a birthday invitation as possible. I like to think that I have captured the look and mood of the party on paper for the guests to visualize. I have recently done two birthday party invitations for a one and three year old, who's parties were one week apart and had the same petting zoo theme. However, these invitations couldn't look more different from one another - it would be hard to hold them next to one another and know that they are both petting zoo parties. Between the style of design, colors, fonts, etc. these two birthday parties, both alike in theme, are complete opposites on paper. That's what I love about custom designs. Capturing the tiny details that make a huge difference for each event!
