2011 custom christmas cards

One of my favorite things about Christmas is calling my best friend on a daily basis to find out who's Christmas Card she has gotten and then running to my mailbox to see who's we received that day. I honestly don't wait more than a minute after the postman (well, woman in my case) pulls away from the driveway. I literally open Christmas Cards the way children rip open gift-wrapped presents. I don't know if it's because I'm a designer and I'm always interested in details... but I truly think even if I wasn't creative I would still LOVE receiving Christmas Cards just as much. Such a fun, exciting, loving and peaceful time of year, and then to open an envelope and see faces of the most beautiful children and families all joyful. What more is there to be thankful for than to see everyone happy and healthy?

I have been meaning to post photos of several parties from the past couple of months, but once Halloween was celebrated, Christmas cards were in full bloom and I couldn't find a spare moment to sit down and upload a new post.
